About Me

From Tech Leadership to the Gym Floor

I'm a Personal Trainer specialising in strength and resistance training with a background in the tech industry, where I held leadership roles at both startups and FTSE 100 companies.

All of a sudden, you're not worried about carrying the food shop in. You don't think twice before lifting that heavy suitcase. The real-life benefits of being strong cannot be beaten.

Today, I combine my passion for strength training with my coaching skills to help you implement sustainable exercise routines for the long-term.

Strength Training for Beginners

Never held a dumbbell before? That's completely fine. We start slow, build solid foundations and work until you feel confident enough to walk into any gym and know exactly what you're doing.

  • Learn to move well before moving heavy
  • Build a routine that sticks
  • Develop full-body strength, mobility and coordination
Strength Training for Women

We don't train to make ourselves small and fragile. We train for long-term health: including bone density, metabolism boosts, and cognitive benefits.

  • Support bone health and long-term resilience
  • Train in a way that works with your body
  • Build confidence that carries beyond the gym
Strength Training for Busy Professionals

A demanding job doesn't mean fitness has to be the first thing that goes. The programme flexes around travel, late nights and unpredictable weeks. Consistency is always the priority.

  • Efficient sessions that respect your time
  • A plan that adapts when life gets in the way
  • Structure with planned flexibility
Strength Training for Neurodivergent Adults

I'm neurodivergent myself, so I understand the energy fluctuations and why standard gym culture can feel like it wasn't made for you. Sessions are clear, without guesswork and built around what resonates with you.

  • Clear cues, no jargon, no overwhelm
  • Training that adapts to your energy on the day
  • An inclusive approach from someone who gets it

  • Yes, absolutely. Every training plan is fully adaptable and built around your body, your needs, and any limitations you may have.
If you are taking any long-term medication or require ongoing management for a chronic health condition, it is recommended that you seek clearance to exercise from your GP or specialist before starting.
  • In-person sessions are available at two Central London locations, making it straightforward to train each week consistently. Both are easily accessible by public transport, so you can fit sessions into your routine without added stress.
