Feeling lost when you set foot in the gym? No idea whether you’re doing an exercise right? How do you select the weight? This 90-minute session will cover the basics of exercise equipment and technique in detail.

Weekly coaching plan

Weekly in-person PT sessions with a personalised programme, online check-ins, and exercise substitutions for when you need it. Not the right fit? Get a full refund in the first month.

Bi-weekly coaching plan

In-person PT sessions every other week with a personalised programme, online check-ins, and exercise substitutions for when you need it. Not the right fit? Get a full refund in the first month.

Small group coaching

Bring 3 other friends or family members with you for a 60-minute small group training session. You will all do the same workout but with personalised adaptations & technique recommendations.

About me

Nicolina is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a past life in the tech industry, having held senior roles at both startups and FTSE 100 firms.

Diagnosed with autism and an autoimmune condition as an adult, and living with a long-term back injury, Nicolina didn’t grow up loving fitness. In fact, she used to skip sports at school.

But eight years ago, a routine health check revealed dangerously high cholesterol and she was determined to make a change. What started as training for one obstacle race led to a passion for strength training and consistent movement. 

Throughout her career, Nicolina managed and mentored many professionals, helping them build habits and systems allowing them to thrive.

Now, she’s combining that experience with her passion for strength training to help individuals create sustainable, adaptable exercise routines designed to work with their brains and support long-term wellbeing.
